Navigating the Analytics Journey – improving operational and financial efficiency and patient experience
This workshop will focus on enhancing planning and scheduling of surgeries and ward management through analytics and operational research methodologies. We will be sharing our experience and the best practices learned over 20 years of working with hospitals and pharmacies to design and implement digital transformation strategies.
The goal of this workshop is to empower your organisation to reduce surgeries cancelation, improve patient journey and minimize bed blocking.
The workshop will be structured in two blocks:
1. Clarify the analytics journey and discuss why it should be seen as a journey: from BI to AI.
2. Learn how analytics methods can improve patient experience, and enhance the ability of hospital managers to optimise operational and financial efficiency in the comprehensive planning of surgeries:
